摘要：高校后勤管理部门一方面为学校成员提供综合性的服务，另一方面为增强学校发展的持续性提供有力保证，对整个学校“机器”的运转具有积极的推动作用。为此，学校的后勤管理负责人既要重视，又需创造性地采取相应的措施，促进后勤管理质量的提升。在该文的论述中，笔者主要从现阶段构建管理存在的问题以及具体的创新性解决方案两个角度入手，旨在为推动本校后勤管理制度的提升提供必要的策略指导。

Abstract： on the one hand， the logistics management department of colleges and universities provides comprehensive services for school members， on the other hand， it provides a strong guarantee for enhancing the sustainability of school development， and plays a positive role in promoting the operation of the "machine" of the whole school. Therefore， the person in charge of logistics management of the school should not only pay attention to it， but also creatively take corresponding measures to promote the quality of logistics management. In the discussion of this paper， the author mainly starts from the problems existing in the construction management at the present stage and the specific innovative solutions， in order to provide necessary strategic guidance for promoting the improvement of the logistics management system of the University.

在現阶段各大高校在后勤管理方面取得了很大的进步，即在一定程度上运用多种方式对学校的各种资源进行优化配置，最终达到为学校各项活动的开展提供保障的目的。但是，在实际的后勤工作过程中仍然面临很多的问题，比如各种资源的浪费、整体运行效率不高以及服务质量相对较差的状况。为此，笔者注重从实际后勤管理模式的创新角度进行下面几点内容的论述。

1高校后勤管理存在的主要问题

1.1有些后勤工作人员服务意识差

随着我国高校的不断扩招，后勤负责的主体量不断增大，他们的工作压力逐渐提升。针对这种状况，部分后勤工作人员存在较为严重的消极怠工，出现服务不积极、不标准以及责任意识不强的尴尬状况，导致后期的工作无法高效运转，造成整体后勤管理工作效果不理想的尴尬状况[ ]。……
