摘要：随着新时代我国宏观经济的持续发展和科学技术的革命，新基建工程正面临着高速发展的新机遇。数据信息的驱动已经成为新基建工程发展的新动力，并且面临由“数字化”向“数智化”的深层次转型的历史机遇。该文从新基建工程适应网络经济的高质量发展，从多个角度对新基建的“数字化”向“数智化”模式的轉型中可能面临的各种挑战和应对措施进行了深入的讨论。

Research on the Transformation of New Infrastructure from Digitization to Digital Intelligence

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of China's macro-economy， new infrastructure projects are facing new opportunities for rapid development， which is the scientific and technological revolution in the new era focusing on the great historical trend of China's industrial reform. The drive of data and information has become a new driving force for the development of new infrastructure projects， and faces the historical opportunity of deep-seated transformation from "digitization" to "digital intelligence". From the perspective of adapting the new infrastructure project to the high-quality development of network economy， this paper deeply discusses various challenges and corresponding countermeasures that may be faced in the transformation from "digitization" to "digital intelligence" mode of new infrastructure from multiple angles.

现阶段，5G技术、人工智能技术、工业互联网、物联网技术等创新型科技的建设工程已经成为我国新时代经济建设过程中的关键任务。基于当前我国宏观经济发展中需要遵循的“六稳”的总体基调，新型的基础科技设施的建设工程已经成为新的经济增长过程的强力引擎。5G技术、特高压输电、城际之间的高速铁路以及市内或者城际间的轨道交通、新能源汽车的充电设备、人工智能技术、大数据中心、工业互联网等等技术领域，均会获得更加理想的发展机遇。特别是 2021 年 5月17日的世界电信以及信息社会日活动，该活动的主题为“在充满挑战的新时代加快进行数字化转型”，数字领域的相关技术已经渗透到社会经济的各个方面。从某个角度来讲，新基建工程的道路需要数字化的大力支持，是数字化在相关领域的拓展和进一步延伸。特别是随着“数字化+智能化……
