摘要：随着人工智能的进步和发展，越来越多的智能技术被应用于播音主持工作中，一方面是能够给受众提供更好的感觉体验，带来更好的节目效果;另一方面，能够最大限度地通过人工智能技术培养播音主持专业人员。该文围绕播音主持工作现状及问题进行深入研究，旨在讨论如何有效运用现代人工智能技术，大力促进播音主持工作的新发展。

Discussion on the Influence of Artificial Intelligence on the Development of Broadcasting and Hosting

Abstract： With the advancement and development of artificial intelligence， more and more intelligent technologies are used in the work of broadcasting and hosting. On the one hand， it is hoped that it can provide the audience with a better sensory experience and bring better program effects; on the other hand， On the one hand， it is able to train broadcast and host professionals through artificial intelligence technology to the greatest extent. This article will focus on the current situation and problems of broadcasting and hosting work to conduct in-depth research， aiming to discuss how to effectively use modern artificial intelligence technology to vigorously promote the new development of broadcasting and hosting work.

随着现代科学和信息技术的进步，人工智能已经在工作和生活中得到了应用，越来越多的企业凭借人工智能的先进技术优势，替换了以往的人力工作。这种趋势虽然促进了我国社会的发展进步，但是也对我国的人才培养和发展产生了一系列的冲击。在播音主持行业中，人工智能可以代替播音主持人的部分工作，使得播音主持人有更多的时间与精力做好的播音节目与服务工作，使节目效果进一步改善。然而，人工智能是一把双刃剑，在给播音和主持人的工作带来积极效果的同时，也对其造成了一定的威胁和冲击，在互联网和人工智能的支撑与推动下，广播电视节目的内容、形式、效果等将会发生巨大的转变，播音主持人唯有加强自身专业素养，才能真正适应这个时代。
