摘 要：高校实验室是师生日常学习和实习、实践的重要场所和平台，为师生日常教学活动提供安全、优质的实验场所和设备是高校实验室管理人员的职责与义务。建设高校实验室安全管理体系是充分发挥高校实验室教学平台功能的前提和保障。本文主要针对疫情期间高校实验室安全管理过程中存在的问题进行分析，并从体温检测、室内通风、教室调整及实验室人员管控等方面探索了相应的应对措施。

Research on the Construction of Laboratory Safety Management System in Colleges and Universities during the Epidemic

Abstract： University laboratory is an important place and platform for teachers and students' daily learning， practice and practice. It is the responsibility and obligation of laboratory managers in colleges and universities to provide safe and high-quality experimental places and equipment for teachers and students' daily teaching activities. The construction of university laboratory safety management system is the premise and guarantee to give full play to the function of university laboratory teaching platform. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities during the epidemic， and explores the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of temperature detection， indoor ventilation， classroom adjustment and laboratory personnel management and control.

2020年初，新型冠狀病毒性肺炎（COVID-19）在我国武汉市爆发，随着疫情的不断扩散，在我国其他省市也出现了新冠肺炎疫情，与此同时，其他国家和地区的新冠肺炎疫情也不断蔓延。在全国人民的共同努力下，我国新冠肺炎疫情得到了有效遏制，随着疫情形势不断转好，疫情防控工作也由最初的应急状态转为常态化防控状态，人民的日常生活也在逐步恢复。全国各地复产复工取得重要进展，经济社会运行秩序全面恢复，各高校中小学也已经完全恢复了疫情前的日常教育教学活动。

1实验室安全管理过程中存在的问题

当前，在我国“内防反弹、外防输入”的新形势下，高校作为人员跨区域大量流动的重点单位，是疫情防控的重要对象。其中，高校的实验室是广大师生日常学习和实习、实践的重要场所，与普通教室相比，其内部设有大量的设备和仪器且空间相对密闭，人员使用和接触同一种设备和仪器的几率非常大，这也导致了其疫情防控工作的要求更高、难度更大。……
