摘要：农业标准化是现代农业发展水平的重要标志，对提高农产品质量、增强农产品的国际竞争力和推进质量兴农和乡村振兴具有重要的作用。本文主要对中国农业标准化的作用和农业标准化建设的相关研究进行了综述，总结了国内目前关于构建和完善农业标准体系的研究情况、探讨加强农业标准化的实施的途径和措施、建立农业标准化人才培养机制、实现与国际标准接轨，对提高农业标准化水平，推动质量兴农和乡村振兴具有重要意义。

Abstract： Agricultural standardization is a significant symbol of the development level of modern agriculture and plays an important role in improving the quality and enhancing the international competitiveness of agricultural products and promoting the quality of agriculture and rural revitalization. In this paper， the main function and construction related research of agricultural standardization were reviewed， the research situation of constructing and perfecting agricultural standardization system in China were summarized， the ways and measures of strengthening the implementation of agricultural standardization were discussed， and the agricultural standardization talent training mechanism in line with the international standards was explored.

标准化是人类在长期实践中不断摸索和总结出来的一门新兴科学，属于系统科学范畴[1]。科学、技术和标准是共存互赖的关系，科学是发现、技术是发明，标准是实现发现和发明最佳物化平台，并有利推动科学和技术的升级[2]。伴随着社会和经济的不断发展进步，标准化在百姓生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用，滲透于工作和生活的方方面面[3]。农业标准化是现代农业发展水平的重要标志，是促进农业产业结构调整和推动农业产业化发展的底子和力量之源[4]。国内学者对农业标准化内涵的界定为，以市场变化作为调整的依据，对农产品的质量进行把控的行为[5]。农业标准化是根据市场需求，运用简化、统一、协调、选优的原理，对农业生产产前、产中、产后全过程，制定并实施相关的系列标准，加速先进农业科技成果的推广应用，进而取得最佳经济、社会和生态效益的过程[6]。……
