【摘 要】目的：手外伤门诊换药的护理体会 。方法：本次研究选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月所收入手外伤门诊患者164例，按照电脑随机法将其分为了对照组和實验组两组，对照组接受常规护理、实验组接受综合化护理，对比护理效果。结果：对比感染发生率：实验组感染发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；对比临床不良反应发生：实验组临床不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），临床指标对比有统计学研究价值。结论：将综合化护理运用到门诊手外伤护理中价值显著，护理后患者感染率低，不良反应少，可推广。

Nursing experience of dressing change in hand trauma clinic

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing experience of dressing change in hand trauma clinic. Methods： 164 outpatients with hand trauma in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected in this study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the computer random method. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects were compared. Results： The incidence of infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）； Comparison of clinical adverse reactions： the incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of comprehensive nursing to outpatient hand trauma nursing has significant value. After nursing， the infection rate of patients is low and the adverse reactions are less， which can be popularized.

随着手工业的发展和手工操作的日益增多，手外伤患者日趋增加，手外伤的发病率约占创伤总数的1/3以上。门诊手外伤患者的换药的风险较大，这是因为患者受伤部位特殊，且手关节灵活，或可出现伤口开裂、感染的问题。为了确保手外伤的医护效果，减少门诊换药的感染风险，医院可在常规化的换药基础上加强心理指导、健康宣教，提升患者护理满意率[1]。本次研究针对手外伤门诊护理换药护理方式进行研究，探讨综合化护理的运用价值，相关内容报道如下。

1.1 一般资料

本次研究选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月所收入手外伤门诊患者164例，按照电脑随机法将其分为了对照组和实验组两组。实验组82例，男性59例，年龄25.7岁～64.5岁，平均年龄（46±1.82）岁，女性23例，年龄28岁～63.7岁，平均年龄（46.2±3.26）岁；对照组82例，男性23例，年龄24岁～64.2岁，平均年龄（44.5±3.09）岁，女性59例，年龄26.3岁～61.6岁，平均年龄（43.7±1.55）岁；两组基本资料无差异（P>0.05），有可比性。……
