【摘 要】目的：分析全期细节护理对实施手术治疗患者的护理质量和满意程度提升的临床效果。方法：随机抽取2020年1月至2021年1月期间在我院进行手术的患者120例患者，打乱顺序分成两组，每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预，应用组实施全期细节护理，观察两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分和住院期间生活质量评分以及护理满意率。结果：应用组焦虑、抑郁评分和生活质量评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）；应用组护理满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：与常规护理干预相比，全期细节护理能够缓解患者紧张、焦虑情绪，提升其手术配合度，还能够有效提升患者在住院期间的生活质量，帮助其身体机能有效恢复，值得推广和应用。

Analysis of the effect of full-period detailed nursing on the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in operating room

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of full-period detailed nursing on the improvement of the quality of care and satisfaction of patients undergoing surgical treatment.Methods： A random sample of 120 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 was divided into two groups in random order， with 60 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention， and the application group implemented full-term detailed nursing. The anxiety and depression scores， the quality of life scores during hospitalization， and the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed. Results： The anxiety， depression and quality of life scores in the application group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）； the nursing satisfaction rate in the application group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with conventional nursing intervention， full-period detailed nursing can relieve patients’ tension and anxiety， improve their surgical cooperation， and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients during hospitalization and help their physical functions to recover effectively. It is worthy of promotion and application.

手术治疗是临床治疗的重要方式，由于其属于创伤型治疗，术前会给患者造成较大的心理负担和压力，甚至患者会出现应激反应，从而影响了手术的治疗进程。如何缓解患者的心理压力、提升其对手术治疗信任度，成为医院需要重点考虑的问题。本研究主要通过对比实验的方式探究全期细节护理的临床价值，并汇报总结如下。

1.1 基线资料

随机抽取2020年1月至2021年1月期间在我院进行手术的患者120例患者，打乱顺序分成两组，每组60例。对照组实施常规护理干预，男35例，女25例，年龄22岁～66岁，平均年龄（41.82±3.28）岁；应用组实施全期细节护理，男34例，女26例，年龄21岁～68岁，平均年龄（42.32±4.04）岁。经软件计算，两组患者的基本资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），可进行对比分析实验。……
