【摘 要】目的：探索研究胃癌术后胃肠减压管出现意外拔管的原因以及对其实施的护理干预措施。方法：抽取在2019年1月至2020年12月来我院胃肠外科进行胃癌根治手术治疗的80例患者，对其进行临床治疗资料回顾分析。结果：参与本次研究的80例患者中，有46例患者出现胃癌术后胃肠减压管意外拨管现象。结论：护理人员应该把握可能导致胃肠减压管意外拔管的风险原因，并强化制定个性化、针对性的护理干预方案，从而减少意外拔管事件的发生率。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the causes of accidental extubation of gastrointestinal decompression tube after gastric cancer operation and its nursing intervention measures. Methods：from January 2019 to December 2020， 80 patients with gastric cancer underwent radical surgery in the Department of gastrointestinal surgery of our hospital. Results：there were 46 patients with gastric cancer who had accidentally pulled the gastrointestinal decompression tube after operation. Conclusion：nurses should grasp the risk factors that may lead to accidental extubation of gastrointestinal decompression tube， and strengthen the formulation of personalized and targeted nursing intervention plan， so as to reduce the incidence of accidental extubation.

胃肠减压是患者在进行胃癌手术前的一个重要治疗环节，有效的胃肠减压操作与患者手术治疗成败与否以及对其疾病的预后有直接紧密联系，可以使患者术后出现吻合口瘘与梗阻等并发症疾病的发生率有明显的下降[1]。此外，还可以帮助患者胃肠吻合口以及肠道功能的康复[2]。所以，在患者术后增强对胃肠减压管的护理干预措施，确保其位置正确且畅通尤为关键[3]。然而在临床治疗上往往会因为各种因素而导致胃肠减压管意外拔出，再次放置进去也许会因为操作不正确而造成为吻合口出现破裂与出血等情况。

1.1 临床资料

采取随机抽取在2019年1月至2020年12月这段时间来我院胃肠外科进行治疗胃癌根治手术治疗的80例患者，其中男48例，女32例，45岁～60岁，平均年龄（58.32±10.19）岁，对其进行临床治疗资料回顾分析。

1.2 方法

组织关于胃癌术后胃肠减压管意外拨管原因探讨研究小组，制定出关于胃癌术后胃肠减压管意外拨管原因问卷调查，再结合本次研究患者的临床治疗资料。……
