【摘 要】目的：探究手足显微外科断指再植术患者围手术期阶段，取舒适护理干预模式的临床成效。方法：研究时间段：2019年12月至2021年5月，筛选参考对象来自我院手足显微外科，在随机抽签法下，对全部患者（n=54例）分组，即：对照组27例、实验组27例，两组均行断指再植术治疗，且围手术期阶段，辅以患者不同护理，即：常规护理、舒适护理，比较最终成效。结果：开展临床護理后，断指再植术患者评测数据在SAS评分、SDS评分方面比对，实验组居更低水平（P<0.05）；满意度评分中，实验组高（P<0.05）。结论：手足显微外科患者行断指再植术治疗期间，在焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪较好改善，提高满意度方面，联合舒适护理效果确切。

The clinical application of comfort nursing in the perioperative period of replantation of severed finger in hand and foot microsurgery

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention mode in perioperative period of patients undergoing microsurgical replantation of fingers and feet.Methods：Study period： From December 2019 to May 2021， the reference subjects were selected from the hand and foot microsurgery department of our hospital. All the patients （n=54） were divided into two groups by random drawing method， namely， the control group （n= 27） and the experimental group （n= 27）. Both groups were treated with finger replantation. Routine care， comfort care， compare the final results.Results： After clinical nursing， the evaluation data of patients with amputated finger replantation were compared in SAS score and SDS score， the experimental group was lower（P<0.05）； In the satisfaction score， the experimental group was high （P<0.05）. Conclusion： During the treatment of hand and foot microsurgery patients undergoing replantation of amputated fingers， the combined comfort care has a definite effect on improving anxiety and depression and improving satisfaction.

临床骨科中，断指再植术有较高应用率，且在医疗技术不断完善背景下，该手术安全性也逐渐升高，指的是在光学显微镜辅助下，对完全断离、不完全断离指体修复、接通的过程。在本文中，将围绕手足显微外科断指再植术治疗期间的舒适护理进行分析，探讨该措施对患者的临床成效，现汇总如下。

1.1 一般资料

根据需要，抽取阶段内患者（n=54例）分组，具体组别为：对照组、实验组，选用分组方式为：随机抽签法，手足显微外科患者入院时间段在2019年12月至2021年5月，且均行断指再植术治疗，分析如下。对照组27例，男14例，女13例，年龄23岁～70岁，平均年龄（46.52±1.19）岁；实验组27例，男15例，女12例，年龄25岁～67岁，平均年龄（46.08±1.31）岁。统计发现，手足显微外科断指再植术患者自然信息均衡可比（P>0.05）。……
