【摘 要】目的：探讨精细护理服务对高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者的护理效果。方法：选取2019年6月至2021年3月我院收治的66例高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者，随机分成两组。两组均在月经结束后的3天～7天内进行宫颈环形电切术治疗，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取精细护理服务。结果：与对照组护理满意度相比，观察组明显更高（P<0.05）；护理后，两组的社会/家庭状况、生理状况、与医生关系、功能状况以及情感状况评分均明显升高，且观察组更高（P<0.05）；观察组的阴道出血时间、宫颈恢复时间和阴道流液时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：精细护理服务对高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者有较为显著的护理效果。

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Fine Nursing Service on Patients with High-risk Human Papilloma Virus Infection

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the nursing effect of fine nursing service on patients with high-risk human papillomavirus infection. Methods：66 patients with high-risk human papillomavirus infection were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with cervix loop electrocision， the control group was treated with routine care， and the observation group was treated with fine care. Results：Compared with the control group’s nursing satisfaction， the observation group was significantly higher （P<0.05）； after nursing， the social/family status， physiological status， relationship with the doctor， functional status and emotional status scores of the two groups were significantly increased. And the observation group was higher （P<0.05）； the observation group’s vaginal bleeding， cervical recovery and vaginal fluid time were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion：Fine nursing service has a significant nursing effect for patients with high-risk human papillomavirus infection.

宮颈癌是现在人类第一个有明确病因的癌症，在宫颈癌病人中，持续人乳头状瘤病毒感染率高达95.0%～99.7%，其作为一种比较小的DNA双链病毒，按照该种病毒的致病力大小可以分成低危型和高危型，持续感染高危型病毒可以使宫颈癌的发生风险提高250倍[1-2]。临床上在进行积极治疗的同时，给予其合理和科学的护理干预非常重要。通常情况下，对高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者采取常规的护理方法，取得的护理效果并不显著。本研究主要分析了精细护理服务对高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者的护理效果。

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年6月至2021年3月我院收治的66例高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染患者，随机分为两组。……
