【摘 要】目的：分析在护理不良事件管理环节中应用质量持续改进模式所取得的临床价值。方法：从医院护理部收治的患者中选取80例并随机分为两组，对照组采用常规管理模式，研究组采用质量持续改进模式，对比两组护理工作情况。结果：研究组护理质量高于对照组，研究组护患沟通情况优于对照组，研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组，研究组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在护理不良事件管理环节中，为了进一步实现对于护理不良事件的合理应对，医护人员应积极做好对于质量持续改进工作模式的合理推广。

Role of continuous quality improvement in nursing adverse event management and analysis of adverse event incidence

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical value of applying quality continuous improvement model in nursing adverse event management. Methods： 80 patients were selected from the nursing department of the hospital and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted the routine management mode and the study group adopted the quality continuous improvement mode to compare the nursing work of the two groups. Results： The nursing quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group； The communication between nurses and patients in the study group was better than that in the control group； The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group； The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusions： In the management of nursing adverse events， in order to further realize the reasonable response to nursing adverse events， medical staff should actively promote the work mode of continuous quality improvement.

作为医院日常工作的重要组成部分之一，护理服务工作的质量往往与患者的健康密切相关。基于传统护理模式下，部分医护人员在护理过程中往往受限于自身的护理工作经验与护理知识，而对于患者实际诉求缺乏合理的回应，对于护理工作的综合质量造成了极为不利的影响[1]。因此合理的对护理工作模式进行调整，医护人员可以从药物使用、医患交流以及病房巡视等多个角度入手对护理工作进行全面改善，以便有效实现患者护理过程中潜在风险的充分应对与合理预防[2]。本文针对在护理不良事件管理环节中应用质量持续改进模式所取得的临床价值进行了分析。
