【摘 要】目的：分析老年性白内障手术患者应用多形式健康教育模式的效果。方法：选取长沙市某三甲医院眼科2020年1月至2021年1月期间住院行老年性白内障手术200例患者开展研究，根据护理模式不同分成对照组（常规护理，100例）与观察组（多形式健康教育模式，100例），比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者的白内健康知识掌握度、滴眼正确执行率、护理满意度、出院后首次复查率等指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对老年性白内障手术患者实施多形式健康教育模式，能够提高患者的滴眼正确执行率与疾病知识掌握度，使患者在出院之后注重定期回院复诊，确保疾病更好痊愈，值得推荐。

Effect of Applying Multi-form Health Education Model to Patients Undergoing Senile Cataract Surgery

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of multi form health education model on senile cataract patients. Methods： 200 patients who underwent senile cataract surgery in the Department of Ophthalmology of a third class hospital in Changsha from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected to carry out the study. According to different nursing modes， they were divided into control group （routine nursing，100 cases） and observation group （multi form health education mode， 100 cases）. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The mastery of Bainei health knowledge，the correct implementation rate of eye drops， nursing satisfaction and the first reexamination rate after discharge in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of multi form health education model for elderly cataract surgery patients can improve the correct implementation rate of eye drops and the mastery of disease knowledge， make patients pay attention to regularly returning visit after discharge， and ensure better recovery of the disease， which is worthy of recommendation.

老年性白內障主要是因为人类从中老年开始其晶状体出现浑浊所致。目前老年性白内障是首位致盲眼病，临床还没有针对性药物抑制白内障疾病的形成与发展，需要通过手术治疗来复明[1]。老年性白内障患者在实施白内障手术前需要滴用抗生素眼药水，手术之后也需要每日滴用抗生素眼液与激素类眼液到手术后的1个月，因而老年患者的滴眼液使用依从性对其手术效果造成直接的影响，如果患者没有严格遵从医嘱或者不规范使用滴眼液，将有可能引起暂时性眼压升高、角膜水肿、前房出血等多种并发症产生，严重的还可能导致视网膜脱离，引起眼盲[2]。本研究主要分析老年性白内障手术患者应用多形式健康教育模式的效果，报道如下。……
