【摘 要】目的：研究加速康复外科理念在妇科子宫切除手术患者护理中的应用价值。方法：选自2019年1月至2021年1月在妇科接受子宫切除术患者52例，遵从患者意愿分为两组，每组均有患者26例，对照组采取常规护理模式，研究组采取加速康复外科理念干预，观察两组出院后6个月SF-36评分（生活质量调查表评分）及并发症发生率。结果：护理干预后，研究组患者出院后6个月SF-36评分为（56.15±3.11），并发症发生率为7.69%，均优于对照组，组间对比（P<0.05）讨论：在妇科护理中可广泛实行人性化护理，可缓解患者焦虑的不良心理，减少并发症的产生。

Research on the application value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients undergoing gynecological hysterectomy

【Abstract】Objective：To study the application value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients undergoing gynecological hysterectomy.Methods：52 patients who underwent hysterectomy in the department of gynecology from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the wishes of the patients，with 26 patients in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode， and the study group adopted the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery intervention. Observing the SF-36 score （quality of life questionnaire score） and the incidence of complications in the two groups 6 months after discharge. Results： After nursing intervention， the SF-36 score of patients in the study group was （56.15±3.11） 6 months after discharge， and the complication rate was 7.69%， which were better than those in the control group. The comparison between groups was（P<0.05）. Discussion： Humanized nursing can be widely implemented in gynecological nursing， which can alleviate the unhealthy psychology of patients’ anxiety and reduce the occurrence of complications.

妇科作为诊疗女性生殖系统疾病的专业科室，接触患者群体为女性。笔者通过多年工作经验发现多数患者因不良的生活习惯致病，子宫切除术手术难度较高，且风险较大，术后感染、出血等并发症发生率较高，为加快患者恢复，减少患者的痛苦[1]。妇科特将加速康复外科理念融入护理中，希望能提升患者生活质量，减少并发症发生，现报道如下。

1.1 一般资料

选自2019年1月至2021年1月在妇科接受诊治的女性患者52例，排除精神障碍及不符合手术适应症患者，所有患者均行子宫切除术，遵从患者意愿平均分组。对照组26例，年龄48岁～67岁，平均年龄（53.20±3.77）岁，其中子宫肌瘤17例，宫颈癌4例、子宫内膜癌2例，子宫内膜移位3例，病程6个月～5年，平均病程（1.75±0.77）年；研究组26例，年龄47岁～65岁，平均年龄（52.43±5.20）岁，其中子宫肌瘤19例，子宫内膜移位3例、子宫内膜癌3例、子宫良性肿瘤1例，病程8个月～5年，平均病程（1.80±0.82）年，两组患者的一般临床资料进行对比，差异无统计意义（P>0.05）。……
