[摘    要]随着现代社会工业领域的快速发展，大量技术被运用于工业设备中，大大提升了各种设备的运行性能、丰富了设备功能，促使其能够充分满足各种作业需要。热压机设备是现代工业生产中的重要机械设备，在热压机设备领域中，技术人员采用脉冲加热处理技术作为热压机设备的核心技术，通过优化设计与精准计算保证机械设备具备较强的热压功能。本文简要阐述热压机设备及其工艺参数元素，对脉冲加热技术及其在特定热压设备中的应用、脉冲加热控制技术在热压设备领域的实际应用路径进行深入探究。

[Abstract]With the rapid development of the industrial field in modern society， a large number of technologies have been applied to industrial equipment， greatly improving the operating performance of various equipment， enriching equipment functions， and promoting it to fully meet the needs of various operations. In the field of hot press equipment， technicians use pulse heating processing technology as the core technology of hot press equipment， and ensure that the mechanical equipment is strong through optimized design and precise calculations. 脈冲加热技术是现阶段较为流行的热压机设备应用技术，主要利用脉冲电流对钼、钛等高电阻材料冲击时产生的焦耳热进行加热与焊接，以此实现设备热压作业目的，完成作业任务。一般情况下，在热压机设备中，脉冲加热处理技术主要是在加热咀的前端连接热电偶。通过这样的方法起电，将起电情况实时反馈到电源控制部分，保证恒温加热，维护温度设定的正确性。脉冲加热处理技术在实际应用过程中，在加压时通电，对作业目标进行加热与断电冷却，且能够实现加热与断电冷却同时进行，避免出现表面浮起的情况，降低虚焊产生概率。因此，脉冲加热处理技术的可应用性较强，能够充分满足热压机设备的运行需求，可以广泛运用于热压机设备领域。……
