[摘    要]塑编制品最早出现于20世纪50年代末期，20世纪60年代开始进入我国市场。塑编行业是一种介于塑料和纺织之间的以劳动密集型为主的边缘行业，在20世纪80～90年代呈现飞速发展的趋势。目前我国塑编机械行业处于高速发展阶段，具有良好的发展态势。本文对塑编机械的现状、问题及发展趋势展开分析。

[Abstract]Plastic woven products first appeared in the late 1950s and began to enter China's market in the 1960s. Plastic weaving industry is a labor-intensive marginal industry between plastics and textiles. It showed a rapid development trend in the 1980s and 1990s. At present， China's plastic knitting machinery industry is in a high-speed development stage and has a good development trend. This paper analyzes the current situation， problems and development trend of plastic knitting machinery.

塑编行业属于劳动密集型行业，塑编机械主要指使用独特技术，根据编织袋的切、縫生产流程，进行专业化设计的专业设备，生产的产品整齐、标准。现如今塑编机械设备得到了我国诸多行业的广泛应用，对于产品的需求也在不断提高。我国是目前世界上最大的塑编制品生产国和消费国，同时也是世界上最具潜力的塑编生产市场与消费市场。随着市场化进程深入以及国外塑编企业在技术、人员、管理等方面的优势，我国塑编机械行业正面临严峻的挑战。基于此，本文对塑编机械的现状、问题及发展趋势展开分析。

1 塑编机械行业发展概况

塑料编制行业在我国发展时间较长，经历了从无到有、从小到大的过程，对于推动国民经济的发展具有重要作用，在产品包装中占据重要的地位。对塑编机械行业的发展概况进行分析，在20世纪70年代中期我国开始生产编织袋，当时拉丝机摸头只有200 mm，并没有烘箱烘板，通过煤球加热水槽进行拉伸，铁盆整团收卷，木架子分卷单丝，每日的产量为200 kg;通过织土布的木机进行圆筒编织袋的编制。……
