摘 要：术语是一门学科理论的核心和灵魂，是对外交流和传播的核心要素。近二十年来，中国传统学科术语外译研究取得了显著的成绩，无论是理论研究还是应用研究都呈现出理论多样化、视角个性化、方法多元化、范围扩大化以及注重文化内涵的深层阐释和传播的发展趋势。但从研究现状来看，仍然存在一些问题。未来还应进一步提高翻译本体研究的系统性，注重翻译规范和翻译方法的整合性，突破翻译主体的局限性，从而促进我国传统学科对外传播。

Study of Chinese Traditional Terminology Translation： Review， Reflection and Prospect in China//CHEN Xue

Abstract： Terminology is the core and soul of a discipline theory and the core element of diplomatic communication and dissemination. Over the past two decades， remarkable achievements have been made in the study of translation of terms from traditional disciplines in China. Both theoretical research and applied research show a trend of diversification of theories， individualization of perspectives， diversification of methods， enlargement of scope， and deep interpretation and dissemination of cultural connotations. However， there are still some problems in the current research. In the future， we should further improve the systematicness of translation ontology research， pay attention to the integration of translation norms and translation methods， break through the limitations of translation subjects， and promote the external communication of traditional disciplines in China.

引言

“翻译行业的发展见证了国家的发展，2011年之前，我国的翻译以外译汉即译入为主;自2011年开始逐渐过渡到以汉译外即译出为主。这与我国对外开放的进一步深入以及‘中国文化走出去‘一带一路倡议等国家战略的开启与推进密切相关”[1]。在我国加强对外国际传播能力和“一带一路”建设以来，我国传统学科典籍、著作和文学文化作品在对外传播方面取得了可观的成绩，翻译则是这其中的关键环节。“术语的翻译是文化传播中的关键工作”[2]。在这一背景下，汉语术语外译成为我国学术界的研究热点。术语外译是我国对外话语体系建设和典籍外译等工作必须面对的重要课题。许多学者从多理论、多学科、多角度对我国汉语术语外译问题进行了有价值的研究和探讨。……
