摘    要：农业微生物学是植物生产类专业的必修课，该课程的实践性和应用性较强。为了进一步提高农业微生物学课程的实验教学质量，实现地方本科高校应用型人才的培养目标，课程组教师从更新实验教材及内容、开设设计性实验、改变教学模式和细化实验报告册评分标准四个方面，开展了本课程的实验教学改革及探索。实践表明，改革后的实验教学激发了学生的学习兴趣和热情，端正了学生学习态度，提高了学生的主观能动性和实践创新能力，提升了学生的科研素养和团队合作意识，取得了较好的教学效果。

Experimental Teaching Reform and Exploration of Agricultural Microbiology Course in Applied Local Universities

Abstract：Agricultural Microbiology， a compulsory course of the majors of plant production， features high practicality and applicability.In order to further improve the experimental teaching quality of Agricultural Microbiology course， and achieve the applied talent training goal of local universities， the teaching team carried out the experimental teaching reform and exploration of the course from updating the experimental teaching materials and contents， establishing design experiments， changing the teaching mode and refining the evaluation criteria of the experimental report book. The practice indicated that the reformed experimental teaching can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning， correct students' learning attitude， improve students' subjective initiative and practical innovation ability， improve students' scientific research literacy and team cooperation consciousness， and finally achieved good effects.
