Curative Effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule on Facial Acne Vulgaris

Abstract： Objective  To explore the clinical effect of Runzaozhiyang capsule in treating facial acne vulgaris. Methods  A total of 297 patients with acne vulgaris who attended Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected. All patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table， with 149 cases in the control group and 148 cases in the observation group. The control group used isotretinoin soft capsule + metronidazole ointment， and the observation group was used isotretinoin soft capsule + metronidazole ointment + Runzao Zhiyang capsule. Compare the treatment effect of the two groups， blood routine before and after treatment， liver and kidney function indexes， pain degree of acne lesions， number of lesions， and satisfaction. Results  The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.86%， which was higher than 81.21% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Six months after treatment， the red blood cell count， white blood cell count， platelet count， alanine aminotransferase， aspartate aminotransferase， serum creatinine， and serum urea did not change significantly in the two groups （P>0.05）. Six months after treatment， the pain score， acne， papules， pustules， and total skin lesions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion  The use of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in the treatment of patients with acne vulgaris moderate levels can improve the treatment effect， reduce the severity of acne lesions， improve patient satisfaction， and have good safety.

尋常痤疮是我国人群较为高发的面部皮肤疾病，尤其在近些年我国的人口饮食结构变化，生活作息习惯以及环境污染逐渐恶化的情况下，寻常痤疮的发病人数逐渐增多[1-2]。现有研究结果证明，寻常痤疮的发病因素诸多，其中主要的有人体皮脂腺分泌过旺，微生物感染，毛囊角质化异常，局部的炎性反应等，也有研究指出，人体的免疫反应异常、内分泌紊乱、遗传易感性及饮食刺激性等也同该病的发生和发展具有密切关系[3-5]。寻常痤疮影响患者容貌美观，甚至使患者产生心理压力。目前，临床治疗常用药物包括维A酸、抗生素、螺内酯及激素等[6]，虽然各类药物所能取得的效果较为确定，但是西药治疗过程中所固有的不良反应风险较高，微生物耐药性增高等问题一直无法完美解决。近年来，采用中药汤药或者中成药制剂辅助西药进行痤疮治疗，所取得的治疗效果已经得到较为普遍的认可。润燥止痒胶囊属于中成药制剂，具有祛风止痒，养血滋阴，通便润肠等功效。2018年1月-2019年12月，笔者科室采用异维A酸软胶囊+甲硝唑软膏联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗297例寻常痤疮患者并分析其临床效果，现将结果报道如下。

1  资料和方法

1.1 一般资料：选择在青海红十字医院就诊的297例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组。……
