摘  要 如何有效培养新工科研究生创新创业能力成为培养单位面临的新问题。分析探讨新工科专业特征及“双创”型研究生教育教学过程中存在的问题，提出对策：营创氛围，引导新工科“双創”意识;校企合作，打造复合型新工科“双创”师资队伍;注重实践，创建新工科实践教学平台;全面考量，完善新工科“双创”人才考核体系。

Study on Teaching Strategy of Double Innovation Postgraduate Education for New Engineering//WANG Chao， ZENG Jiuzhen， WANG Yulin， XIE Shujing

Abstract How to effectively cultivate the innovative and entrepre-neurial ability of new engineering graduate students has become a new problem faced by training units. The characteristics of new engi-neering and problems in the process of education and teaching of double innovation graduate students are analyzed and discussed. Some strategies are proposed. They are building innovation atmos-phere and guiding the new engineering innovation awareness， school-enterprise cooperation and building a compound new engineering and innovation faculty， paying attention to practice and creating a new engineering practice teaching platform， improving the evalu-ation system for innovation talents in new engineering.

0  前言

以人工智能、“互联网+”、云计算、智能制造和机器人等新兴专业为基本范畴的新工科是服务于当前工科人才培育的建设重点[1-2]。作为新工科专业中的高层次培养对象，创新创业型研究生不仅将是国家创新发展的重要驱动力，更会是新兴科技革命和产业创新变革的主力军[3]。“双创”型研究生人才培养是新工科建设工作中的远景任务和必然目标[4]。然而，在新工科背景下，现有教育教学培养模式无法达到国家和社会对“双创”型研究生能力培养的需求，导致新工科类研究生在创新创业能力、意识和潜力等多方面存在不足。面向新工科的“双创”型研究生教育培养对策研究和实践是支持新工科建设工作的必要改革之路，不仅符合当代高等教育的发展需求，更体现了国家工科教育改革创新的战略宗旨[5-6]。
