摘  要 专业群建设是高职院校加强内涵建设的抓手，可以强化办学特色、提高办学质量、提升服务区域重点产业的能力。在分析江苏农林职业技术学院建设现代农业装备专业群的必要性的基础上，提出面向农机装备产业链构建专业群的逻辑，然后从探索农工融合的专业群人才培养模式、构建共享协同的专业群课程体系、建设模块化的专业群教学内容与课程资源、实践多元并举的专业群育人方法、打造紧扣产业链的专业群实训条件、形成双师多能的专业群师资队伍、建立协同发展的专业群产教融合机制等方面，研究现代农业装备专业群的建设方法，为学院开展现代农业装备专业群建设工作提供有益支撑。

Research on Construction of Modern Agricultural Equipment Specialty Group in Agriculture Related Higher Vocational Colle-ges Facing Agricultural Machinery Equipment Industry Chain//DAI Youhua

Abstract The construction of specialty group is the starting point for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the connotation construc-tion， which can strengthen the characteristics of running schools， improve the quality of running schools， and enhance the ability of serving regional key industries. Based on the analysis of the nece-ssity of constructing the specialty group of modern agricultural equipment in our college， the logic of constructing the specialty group for agricultural machinery equipment industry chain was put forward. Then， The construction methods of modern agricultural equipment specialty group were studied， from the aspects of explo-ring the talent training model of specialty group integrating agricul-ture and industry， constructing a shared and collaborative specialty group curriculum system， building modular specialty group teaching content and curriculum resources， practicing diversified specialty group education methods， creating specialty group training condi-tions closely linked to the industrial chain， forming a dual teacher and multi-functional specialty group teaching staff， and establishing the mechanism of cooperative development specialty group produc-tion and teaching integration， etc. It provides beneficial support for our college to carry out the construction of modern agricultural equipment specialty group.

0  前言

專业群主要是指高职院校围绕某一技术领域或服务领域，依据自身独特的办学优势与服务面向，以学校优势或特色专业为核心，按行业基础、技术基础相同或相近原则，充分融合相关专业而形成的专业集合[1]。专业群建设是强化高职院校内涵建设的抓手，能够突出办学实力和特色，提高人才培养质量，提升服务区域经济发展和产业转型升级的能力。

2006年，教育部发布的《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》中提出：“要根据市场需求和专业设置情况，建立以重点专业为龙头、相关专业为支撑的专业群，辐射服务面向区域、行业、企业和农村，增强学生的就业能力”[2]。……
