摘  要 在现代远程教育学习过程中，视频教学资源是网络教育的核心部分，其质量对学习者学习视频教学资源以及网络教育的发展至关重要。以文献研究为基础，将目前视频教学资源进行分类归纳，并分别阐述各自的特点，在此基础上提出增强视频教学资源吸引力的设计原则及建议。

Research on Influence of Video Teaching Resources on Learner Participation Education//HUANG Miao， ZHANG Junru， YU Mei-ying， ZHANG Ke Abstract In the learning process of modern distance education， videoteaching resources are the core part of online education， and their qua-lity is very important learners to learn video teaching resources and the development of online education. Based on literature research， the author classifies and summarizes the current video teaching re-sources， and elaborates their respective characteristics. On this basis， the author proposes design principles and suggestions to enhance the attractiveness of video teaching resources.

1  问题提出

自2013年以来，MOOC建设与应用呈现井喷式发展，国家精品课程、在线开放课程、UOOC联盟等在线教育平台的推出，将信息技术与教育教学深度融合，提高在线课程品质，促进教育公平。近年来，有很多学者分析了MOOC学习“高辍学率，低参与度”的问题，但问题并没有得到有效解决，主要原因首先在于大多数研究者只通过数据分析问题，没有从问题根源去进行剖析研究;其次，有的研究者过于关注学习者而忽略其他方面，如教学方法、教学设计、视频教学资源表现形式等。

MOOC学习过程中，主要通过视频来传播课程内容，讲授知识，而观看课程视频也是学习者最关键的一个学习环节[1]。不同授课风格、内容、媒体的应用，决定了不同的视频呈现形式。在此背景下，本文通过梳理文献，以研究视频为主体，归纳总结视频教学资源的呈现形式，增强学习者对课程的黏合度，为视频教学资源建设和教师提供参考依据，从而增强学习者的积极性，提高学习者参与度。
