摘要信息化时代发展进程中，线上线下互动教学模式应运而生。作为一种全新教学方式，和传统教学方式比起来，这一模式的优势主要表现为线上教学、教学资源丰富、方法多样、学习效率高等优点。其中，将这一模式应用到高校课程教学之中，可以冲破传统教学模式的束缚，增强课堂教学质量。

AbstractIn the development process of information age， online and offline interactive teaching model emerged at the historic moment. As a brand new teaching method，compared with the traditional teaching method，the advantages of this mode are mainly manifested in online teaching， rich teaching resources， diverse methods and high learning efficiency. Among them， the application of this model in college course teaching can break through the shackles of traditional teaching model and enhance the quality of classroom teaching.

1背景

随着社会科技的快速发展，目前国内外各大科研院所及高校均集中力量来建设医学教育信息化水平，这也给发展基础医学教学带来了全新的发展契机，所以现代医学教育在今后发展中，信息化技术与医学教育间的融合将成为其中主流发展方向。医学微生物学属于基础医学范畴，为其中基础性课程之一，和临床密切相关，知识分散性突出且具有很强的专业性。研究内容主要涉及和人治病有关的致病原理、特异性检测等，以求控制和治疗传染性疾病，进而能够为人类健康保驾护航。旨在通过课程学习，能够令学生全面获取人类病原微生物学相关理论，同时在实验探索中提升学生实验技能水平。

2 O2O互动教学模式的发展

O2O模式最初是电子商务发展的产物。在互联网电子商务不断向前推进中，信息和实物之间，线上与线下之间的联系愈加密切，O2O模式因此应运而生。2015年，“互联网+教育”成为社会主流发展趋势，中职教育体系率先尝试探索02O模式课堂职业教学，为全国课改提供了新的方向。……
