摘要家校协同育人是高校“三全育人”工作的重要内容之一，家访作为大学生思想政治教育的有力载体，是以文“化人”和思政“育人”的延伸。针对护理学专业的特殊性，将护理人才培养目标与健全立德树人体制机制相结合，推动构建家校实践育人共同体。通过对护理学专业学生家访价值的深入挖掘，探赜其在达成家校育人共识、提升护生关怀能力、推进健康中国建设中的重要意义。运用关怀伦理，构建以“人文关怀、‘三全育人’、分类走访”为核心的家访路径，增强思想政治教育的有效性和针对性，更好落实立德树人根本任务。

Ethical Consideration and Path Construction of Nursing Students’ Home-school Collaborative Education

——Taking the home visit of nursing major of Xi’an Medical University as an example

AbstractHome-schoolcollaborativeeducationisoneoftheimportantcontentsof"threecompleteeducation"inCollegesand universities. As a powerful carrier of college students’ Ideological and political education， home visit is an extension of " humanization"and"education"basedoncultureandpolitics.Inviewoftheparticularityofnursingspecialty，weshouldcombine thetraininggoalofnursingtalentswithimprovingthemechanismofestablishingmoralityandcultivatinghumanbody，soasto promotetheconstructionofhomeschoolpracticaleducationcommunity. Throughthein-depthexcavationofthevalueofhome visitofnursingstudents，thispaperexploresitssignificanceinreachingtheconsensusofhomeschooleducation，improvingthecare ability ofnursing students and promotingthe construction of healthy China. Using careethics， we should build ahome visit path with "humanistic care，" "three complete education" and classified visits "as the core， enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of Ideologicalandpoliticaleducation，andbetterimplementthefundamentaltaskofbuildingmoralityandcultivatingpeople.

1護理专业家访的关怀伦理解析

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治教育大会上指出，做好高校学生思想政治工作，要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。我们应当引导学生正确认识时代责任和历史使命，能够自觉将个人的理想追求融入国家和民族的事业中。在健康中国战略的背景下，将护理人才培养的内涵和外延与人民群众健康需求对接，增强护理专业学生社会责任意识、实践水平、关怀能力，是为健康中国建设储备高水平护理人才队伍的关键环节。关怀伦理认为，道德的施动者（关怀者）与受动者（被关怀者）具有同等重要的地位，并且，关怀的动机、指向乃至效果必须要统一起来。[1]根据护理学专业特点，从关怀伦理的视角，探索新形势下护理学专业学生管理工作和思想政治教育的新途径和新方法，是一项非常重要且有效的举措。……
