摘要我国高校是具有中国特色的社会主义高校，对每一所高校发展历程的记录形成了各高校的校史。校史文化蕴含重要的历史人文价值和思想政治教育价值，具有多维度的思想政治教育功能，包括教育激励功能、情感激发功能以及信念导向功能等。将校史文化融入高校思想政治教育，对于新时代推进高校思想政治教育的创新具有重要作用，需要重视校史深层次研究，壮大校史研究队伍、发挥课堂教育主渠道作用，开设高校校史课程、搭建立体化的校史文化展示平台以及加强校史研究成果的传播。

On the Integration of School History and Culture into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

AbstractChina’s colleges and universities are Socialist Colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics. The records of the development process of each university form the school history of each university.School history culture contains important historical humanistic value and ideological and political education value. It has multi-dimensional ideological and political education functions， including educational incentive function， emotional incentive function andbelieforientedfunction.Integratingschoolhistoryand cultureintocollege Ideologicalandpolitical education plays an important role in promoting the innovation of college Ideological and political education in the new era. We need to pay attention to the in-depth research of school history， expand the research team of school history， give full play to the role of the main channel of classroom education， set up college history courses， build a three-dimensional display platform of school history and culture， and strengthen the dissemination of school history research results.

1校史文化融入高校思想政治教育的優势

1.1校史文化包含丰富的思想政治教育资源

习近平总书记强调，“要让文物说话，让历史说话，让文化说话。要加强文物保护和利用，加强历史研究和传承，使中华优秀传统文化不断发扬光大”。[1]学校是传承发扬校史文化的场所，校史文化是学校在长期发展历程中所积淀的宝贵精神财富，具有重要的思想政治教育价值。

校史文化包括物质文化和精神文化等方面。物质文化包括实物史料，内容较为丰富，如教材、照片、录音录像、手稿、录取通知书、奖杯、文件以及学校历史建筑等，是学校得以正常运行所必不可少的载体。对于高校校史的研究，不能只停留在对历史事件、历史古迹的简单了解层面，更应当深挖其中蕴藏的精神内核。……
