[摘    要]在我国科技水平不断发展与创新的过程中，不论对于社会还是各类型的企业而言，都需要对风险控制机制的建立加大重视力度，随着时间的不断推移，风险防控与隐患排查机制的双重预防机制的防控效果越来越明显，同时，确保此类机制能够顺畅运行，十分关键和必要。基于此，文章对基于风险、隐患双重预防机制的内容与建立必要性进行分析，并对保障双重预防机制有效运行的安全管理工作要点展开深入探讨和研究，供广大从业者参考。

[Abstract]In the process of the continuous development and innovation of China's technological level， both society and various types of enterprises need to pay more attention to the establishment of risk control mechanisms. As time goes on， risk prevention and control and hidden dangers The prevention and control effect of the dual prevention mechanism of the investigation mechanism is becoming more and more obvious. 社會经济进入了快速稳定的发展期间后，对于生产制造的企业而言，安全性始终是一个非常重要的发展特点，在企业中针对各生产环节开展相应的安全管理工作，能够为企业可持续发展提供基础动力，安全性通常贯彻在企业的整个生产、管理流程当中，风险隐患双重预防机制也因此应运而生。安全管理工作需结合企业自身的发展情况科学开展，这种方式既能提高企业的生产效率，也能够促进企业的现代化管理水平的提升，进而得达到提高企业经济效益的根本目的。
