[摘    要]配网调度朝着智能化、综合化方向发展，也对配网调度中人员、设备、线路结构、调度方式的统筹管理提出了更高要求，且加大了对调度运行安全监管的关注，以切实减少配网调度运行中的低效问题，实现电力资源的优化配置，取得理想的调度管理效果。而当前电力建设项目增多，规模扩大，配网调度管理却没有同步跟进，也存在着安全问题突出、人员操作技能较弱、管理机制不健全等系列问题，成为配网调度运行优化的主要制约要素。文章主要就配网调度运行方式优化问题进行探讨，明确配网调度主要工作内容的基础上，从人员、设备、线路结构、安全部署等几个方面论述配网调度运行既存的问题，并提出配网调度运行优化解决措施，以提升配网调度运行管控实效。

Optimization Measures of Distribution Network Dispatching Operation Mode

[Abstract]Distribution network dispatching is developing towards intelligence and integration， which also puts forward higher requirements for the overall management of personnel， equipment， line structure and dispatching mode in distribution network dispatching， and increases the attention to the safety supervision of dispatching operation， so as to effectively reduce the low efficiency in distribution network dispatching operation， realize the optimal allocation of power resources and achieve the ideal dispatching management effect. At present， with the increase of power construction projects and the expansion of scale， the distribution network dispatching management has not been followed up synchronously. There are also a series of problems such as prominent security problems， weak personnel operation skills and imperfect management mechanism， which have become the main restrictive factors for the optimization of distribution network dispatching operation. Therefore， this paper mainly discusses the optimization of distribution network dispatching operation mode， defines the main work contents of distribution network dispatching， discusses the existing problems of distribution network dispatching operation from the aspects of personnel， equipment， line structure and security deployment， and puts forward the optimization solutions of distribution network dispatching operation， so as to improve the effectiveness of distribution network dispatching operation management and control.

当前配网调度运行面临着诸多挑战。对于电力企业来说，必须根据配网调度运行的实际情况，全方面分析各项影响要素，统筹管理、科学部署，以实现配网调度运行管理工作的优化，实现电力资源的优化配置，让我国配电网络高速化发展。

1 配网调度主要工作介绍

配网调度运行管理主要是根据电力相关规定及要求，基于国家标准的管理手段协调电网运行的活动。作业人员应根据电网调配法律制度，合理安排辖区内的电力设备。根据电力运转实际情况，合理调控频率与电压。采取科学合理的继电保护手段，减少安全事故发生概率的基础上，积极应对各种复杂的电力故障。……
