[摘    要]变压器油中溶解气体在线监测是近年来应用较为成熟的状态监测技术，为了提高对在线监测装置维护校验的效率，通过制定一套维护校验方法，对中山市八十多台在线监测装置开展维护校验工作，为今后在线监测装置校验方法的选择提供了参考依据。结果表明：利用本校验方法，明显提高了装置校驗的工作效率，能够保证在线监测装置的稳定性和准确性。

[Abstract]Online monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil is a mature condition monitoring technology that has been applied in recent years. In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance and verification of online monitoring devices， a set of maintenance and verification methods have been developed to monitor more than 80 units in Zhongshan City. The maintenance and calibration of the device provide a reference for the selection of the online monitoring device calibration method in the future. The results show that the use of this verification method significantly improves the efficiency of device verification and can ensure the stability and accuracy of the online monitoring device.

变压器的长期运行，绝缘油与其他固体绝缘材料在过热、放电的影响下，会释放出一些特征气体。由于这些特征气体会溶解于绝缘油中，可以通过将绝缘油样品取回化验室中，对其进行色

谱、微水、耐压等一系列的离线试验判定绝缘油的品质，以达到对绝缘油监测的目的。但是离线试验耗时耗力，且无法持续监测绝缘油状态变化的过程，所以通过油中溶解气体在线监测装置对变压器油中溶解气体进行实时的监测，可及时发现变压器内部存在的潜伏性故障，并持续跟踪其故障发展趋势

中山供电局共有76台油中溶解气体在线监测装置，基本已覆盖全市所有220 kV以上的变电站。但是从现场运行情况表明，装置与主变本体之间的距离越近越好，所以导致了装置长期处于户外环境中，其零部件更容易老化和故障，油中溶解气体在线监测装置在实际使用中经常……
