摘要：近年来，随着社会的发展与科技的进步，各项高新技术被不断有效实现应用于大众日常生活的各个领域，在改变大众行为模式和社会习性的同时，也使自身的发展，更加富有人性化、科技化与智能化。建筑行业，作为大众最为关切的“民生问题”之一，始终占据着时代发展变化的“前沿”，是大众对于社会进步和时代变化的直观体现。本文通过对建筑工程土建施工现场管理中现实存在问题全范围、多角度、分层次的剖析，坚持以问题为导向，以事实为依据，提出切实可行的策略和建议。在提供给建筑业从业人员参考与借鉴的同时，推动建筑工程土建施工现场管理效率的不断提升。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of society and the advancement of science and technology， various high and new technologies have been continuously and effectively applied to various fields of people’s daily life. While changing public behavior patterns and social habits， they also make their own development more important. Rich in humanity， technology and intelligence. The construction industry， as one of the "livelihood issues" that the public is most concerned about， always occupies the "frontier" of the development and changes of the times， and is the public's intuitive manifestation of social progress and changes in the times. Through the analysis of the full range， multi-angle and layered analysis of the actual existing problems in the civil construction site management of construction engineering， this paper insists on being problem-oriented and fact-based， and puts forward feasible strategies and suggestions. While providing reference and reference to the construction industry practitioners， it promotes the continuous improvement of the management efficiency of the civil construction site of the construction project.

回顾我国建筑行业的发展，具有极其辉煌的历史和深远的影响。可以说，自中华民族先民们产生社会性活动伊始，建筑行业就开始“生根发芽”，并不断随着社会的演变、时代的变革与大众生活的实际需要而进步。进入新时代以来，大众对于生活品质的追求正在不断进步与增加。为最大化的满足时代发展下，大众对于建筑行业不断增加的“现实需求”。就必须结合时代发展下的高新科技产物，坚持“从源头抓起”，通过现场管理的优化及质量监督的强化，切实提升建筑对于大众生活的“獲得感与满足感”，进而推动建筑行业的不断发展与进步。
