摘要本文将就大学生上网成瘾这一现象进行分析，并结合具体事例和调查、走访对造成这一现象的原因进行深入了解，分析了造成当前大学生网络成瘾诸多方面的因素，并就其中的大学生自身认知和学校的教育、管理、引导等方面的因素进行了深入探讨。以期对高校学生网络成瘾现象有一个更加全面的了解和认识，同时根据以往做学生工作所积累的经验并结合当前高校的实际情况，对大学生网络成瘾的干预方式进行了比较深入的研究，以获得一些经验和方法来指导实际工作。

AbstractThis paper will analyze the phenomenon of college students’ Internet addiction， deeply understand the causes of this phenomenon combined with specific examples， investigations and visits， analyze the factors causing college students’ Internet addiction， and deeply explore the factors of college students’ own cognition and school education， management and guidance. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding and understanding of college students’ Internetaddiction，accordingtotheexperienceaccumulatedindoingstudentworkinthepastandcombinedwiththeactual situation of colleges and universities， this paper makes a more in-depth study on the intervention methods of college students’ Internet addiction， so as to obtain some experience and methods to guide the actual work.

1何謂网络成瘾

“网络成瘾，是指在无成瘾物质作用下对互联网使用冲动的失控行为，表现为过度使用互联网后导致明显的学业、职业和社会功能的损伤。”

笔者在针对有网瘾症状的学生进行学业帮扶和心理辅导的过程中，发现其中大多数学生没有自己的生活或学习规划，作息时间紊乱，很少参加集体活动，不会处理家庭和人际关系问题，表现为很少与同学交流，不知道如何去表达自己，遇到问题或困难时很少会求助于老师、父母或同学，而是更喜欢通过网络来排解郁闷。

2大学生网络成瘾的主要危害

2.1影响学习成绩和身心健康

网络成瘾大学生当中，因迷恋上网络游戏而不能自拔的学生占据了相当数量。游戏开发商通常会为了吸引玩家，在游戏中设置了无数的陷阱或诱惑，使大学生沉迷于网络游戏之中，大量学习时间被占用损耗，严重影响学习，沉重的游戏充值费用也使很多同学负债累累。……
