摘  要：在新工科背景下，基于“互联网+”技术更进一步拓宽校企合作渠道，深化产学协作内涵，赋能增效现有创新创业平台，进行了“互联网+企业+专业+双创”一体化改革创新，从而孕育一个产学融合共生共荣、协同发展的“四位一体式双创共生圈”，构建“双创”活动的校企深度融合、同生共长新模式，营造新时代高等教育人才培养和企业发展互利共赢新局面。

Abstract： In the context of new engineering， "Internet +" technology is used to further strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and enhance the functions of existing innovation and entrepreneurship platform. The innovation of "Internet + enterprise + specialty + entrepreneurship and innovation" was carried out， so as to foster a "four-in-one entrepreneurship and innovation symbiosis circle" in which university and enterprises are integrated. In this way， a new mode of deep integration of university and enterprises in "entrepreneurship and innovation" activities is established， and a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win situation is created.

教育部积极推进的新工科建设，明确提出新工科建设需要社会力量积极参与[1-4]。《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》明确要求要面向产业和区域发展需求，完善教育资源布局[5-6]，充分调动企业参与产教融合的积极性和主动性，强化政策引导，鼓励先行先试，促进供需对接和流程再造，构建校企合作长效机制，加快人才培养结构调整，创新教育组织形态，促进教育和产业联动发展[7]。

我校机械工程国家级实验教学示范中心在落实新工科背景下大学生创新创业实践教育和服务工作方面建立了一套较为科学有效的管理和运行机制，在“双创”实践方面也进行了一系列改革与尝试，但是人才培养实践创新创业平台在顺势而为、乘势而上时仍面临瓶颈，在进一步赋能增效方面亟需解决一些问题。
