摘 要：食品安全问题直接影响着社会稳定和经济发展，历来是民生领域中的一个重要关注点。食品作为维持人们身体健康的重要营养源与能量源，其安全状况往往会直接关系到人们的生活质量、健康水平。进入21世纪后，我国更加重视食品安全工作。为保证食品安全，保障公众身体健康和生命安全，相关部门需要制定严格的食品安全标准，做好食品安全监督抽检工作，按照标准要求不断增强食品安全抽样的规范性。同时，严厉打击食品安全领域的违法犯罪行为，健全食品安全领域行刑衔接机制。基于此，本文对食品安全监督抽检现状及其对食品监管工作的影响进行了分析。

Current Situation of Sampling Inspection of Food Safety Supervision and Its Influence on Food Supervision

Abstract： Food safety issues directly affect social stability and economic development， and have always been an important concern in the field of people’s livelihood. Food is an important source of nutrition and energy to maintain people’s health， and its safety status is often directly related to people’s quality of life and health. After entering the 21st century， our country pays more attention to food safety work. In order to ensure food safety and protect the health and life safety of the public， relevant departments need to formulate strict food safety standards， do a good job in food safety supervision and sampling， and continuously enhance the standardization of food safety sampling in accordance with the requirements of the standards. At the same time， severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts in the food safety field， and improve the penal connection mechanism in the food safety field. Based on this， this article analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision and random inspection and its influence on food supervision work.

根据我国《中华人民共和国食品安全法》中的相关规定，食品安全是指食品无毒无害，符合应当有的营养要求，对人体健康不造成任何急性、亚急性或者慢性危害。随着国家对食品安全工作重视程度的不断提升，我国食品安全总体水平得到了顯著提高。但是我国食品安全基础依然薄弱，一些不安全因素依旧存在，食品安全事故依然时有发生。因此，相关部门应严格执行食品安全标准，有计划的开展监督检测可以及时发现与解决食品安全隐患和问题，这对于提高食品安全至关重要。
