摘 要：仪器设备不仅是粮油检测的重要载体，也是保障粮油质量安全的重要途经。随着国家对于粮食质量安全投入的不断增加，各地粮油检测仪器设备的数量和质量都有了较大的提升。本文从管理体系、人员能力、档案管理、使用维护和量值溯源等方面分析当前粮油检测仪器设备管理所存在的问题并提出相应对策，以期能够为新形势下，粮油检测实验室仪器设备的管理提供参考意见。

Analysis of Instrument Management in Grain and Oil Testing Laboratory

Abstract： Equipment is not only an important carrier for grain and oil testing， but also an important way to ensure the quality and safety of grain and oil. With the continuous increasing national investment in grain and oil quality and safety， the quantity and quality of grain and oil testing equipment have been greatly improved. This article analyzes the current problems in the management of grain and oil testing equipment from the aspects of management system， personnel capabilities， file management， use and maintenance， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is hoped that it can provide reference opinions for the management of grain and oil testing laboratory equipment under the new situation.

在众多民生问题中，粮食问题一直关系着我国的国计民生，粮食安全直接关系着国家的安全。2021年新修订的《粮食流通管理条例》对粮食质量安全的相关内容进行了一系列的强化。粮油检测机构作为直接对粮油质量进行检测的专业机构，对于粮食安全起着至关重要的作用。作为粮油检测的重要基础，保证检测仪器设备的正常运行是每个粮油检测实验室需要解决的问题。仪器设备是质量管理体系中“人、机、料、法、环、测”的重要组成部分。仪器设备的正常运行能够保证检测数据的真实可信，能够保障粮油检测工作的日常开展，保持检测工作的高效高质。同时，良好的管理，保障仪器设备安全，防止安全事故的发生。

影响仪器设备运行的因素很多，管理体系的好坏，人员能力的高低，使用环境的优良，日常管理的完善与否都会对仪器设备的运转产生影响。当前，随着国家对粮食质量安全投入的進一步增加，各地粮油检测能力和水平都有了极大的提高，但在仪器设备实际运行和管理中，仍然存在着一些问题。……
