摘要习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会强调了实践育人对提升思想政治教育效果的重要意义，提出了更高的要求，指出了明确的方向。近年来，天津现代職业技术学院围绕做好思想政治教育这一学校工作生命线，建立了“11211”实践育人工作体系：即一个根本任务、一个坚持、两个重点、一系列载体、一种氛围，取得了良好的育人效果。

Exploration and Practice of Constructing Practical Education System of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractGeneral secretary Xi Jinping’s Symposium on school ideological and political theory teachers emphasized the importance of practical education to enhance the effect of Ideological and political education，put forward higher requirements， and pointed out a clear direction. 实践育人是教育部印发的《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》中“十大育人体系”的重要内容，是提升大学生思想政治教育效果必不可少的关键环节。实践是认识的唯一来源，相比理论宣讲或“填鸭式”的说服教育，实践育人体现的是认知“由外而内”的过程，是一种调动主体主观能动性的“隐形育人”过程，教育效果往往更好。高职院校以培养高技能人才为使命，在做好大学生实践育人方面，要充分依托已有的实践形式、实践项目、实践资源，挖掘其中的思政元素，创新实践载体，打造具备高职院校特色的实践育人工作体系。本人以天津现代职业技术学院（以下简称“现代学院”）为例，努力构建“11211”实践育人工作体系，为探究高职院校思想政治教育实践育人创新提供参考。

1一个根本任务：立德树人

立德树人是教育的根本任务，实践育人是立德树人的重要载体与抓手，学习的最终目的是为了指导实践，以实践育人为途径，可以更好的提升育人成效，让学生的品德修养内化于心、外化于行，把学习的体会和成果转化为思想境界的升华和能力的提高，在实践中坚定理想信念，以民族复兴为己任。……
