摘要教师职业语言是教师对学生实施素质教育整个过程中所使用的语言的总称。它不仅是小学教师交际沟通的媒介，也是教学的内容，对小学生的语言发展起到示范性作用。而且乡村小学教师对这一问题的关注和重视不足，本文在对乡村地区小学教师语言表现充分调查了解的基础上，从语言的科学性、交互性和艺术性提出提升策略，以期为一线教师提供参考。

The Value and Promotion of Primary School Teachers’ Professional Language Ability in Rural Areas

AbstractTeachers’ professional language is the general name of the language used by teachers in the whole process of implementing quality education for students. It is not only the medium of communication for primary school teachers， but also the content of teaching. It plays an exemplary role in the language development of primary school students. Moreover， rural primary school teachers do not pay enough attention to this problem. Based on the full investigation and understanding of the language performance of primary school teachers in rural areas， this paper puts forward promotion strategies from the scientific， interactive and artistic nature of language， in order to provide reference for front-line teachers.

教师职业语言是教师对学生实施素质教育整个过程中所使用的语言的总称，是教育教学工作中进行良好沟通的媒介。从功能范围看，包括课堂教学语言、思想教育语言和工作交际语言；从语言形式看，包含口头语、书面语和态势语。

1小学教师语言的价值

苏霍姆林斯基说：“教师的语言修养在极大的程度上决定着学生在课堂上的脑力劳动的效率。我们深信，高度的语言修养是合理利用时间的重要条件。”语言是小学教师传道授业解惑的主要传播工具，教师语言能力的高低一定程度上决定了教育教学的效果。同时，教师本身就是学生最直观、最有益的模范，对学生起着良好的示范作用。特别是对于语言发展处于关键期的小学生而言，教师的语言表现对学生产生着潜移默化的影响。可以说，小学教师的职业语言不仅是教师专业素养的体现，也是教师个人风格和人格魅力的展现。

然而目前云南省内乡村地区教育资源匮乏，教学任务重，师资水平参差不齐，整体教学质量不容乐观。……
