摘要体育院校课程思政改革是坚持立德树人教育理念、深化教育教学改革、推进体育强国及健康中国建设在体育院校的实践。南京体育学院在这一实践探索中形成独具体育特色的南体模式，彰显鲜明的价值引领，即明确价值判断：拼搏塑造人生；引导价值认同：责任促进发展；树立文化自信：创新助力改革。在哲学审视视角下，体育院校課程思政改革呈现出发展的科学性与逻辑性，即本体论：坚持以人为本的教育理念；辩证论：坚持体教融合，促进体育事业教育事业协同发展；发展论：坚持深化教育改革，推进体育强国及健康中国建设。

Value Guidance and Philosophical Examination of Curriculum Ideological and Political Reform in Physical Education Colleges and Universities

——Take Nanjing Sport Institute as an example

AbstractThe curriculum ideological and political reform in physical education colleges and universities is the practice of adhering to the educational concept of Building Morality and cultivating people， deepening education and teaching reform， and promoting the construction of a strong sports country and a healthy China in physical education colleges and universities. In this practical exploration， Nanjing Institute of physical education has formed a southern sports model with unique sports characteristics， highlighting the distinct value guidance， that is， clarifying the value judgment： striving to shape life； Guiding value identification： responsibility promotes development； Building cultural confidence： innovation helps reform. From the perspective of philosophy， the curriculum ideological and political reform in physical education colleges and universities shows the scientificity and logic of development， that is， Ontology： adhere to the educational concept of people-oriented； Dialectical Theory： adhere to the integration of sports and education to promote the coordinated development of physical education；Development Theory：adhere to deepening education reform and promote the construction of sports power and healthy China.

自2017年12月以来，教育部印发《高校思想政治工作质量提升工程实施纲要》，提出要以课程思政为目标，大力推动教学改革，[1]各类高校积极投入到建设课程思政的探索中。2020年8月，国家体育总局、教育部印发的《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》中强调，要加强学校体育工作，[2]9月，在“十四五”规划编制座谈会上，围绕教育文化等领域，再次强调，要坚持立德树人的教育根本，加强和改进学校体育美育，培养学生优良品德，提高学生家国情怀、文化自信、实践能力等。[3]这一系列政策的实施，为体育院校课程思政改革指明了工作方向。

南京体育学院校长杨国庆以新时代背景下“南体模式”的新发展为实例，探讨体育院校践行体教融合的新机遇新挑战新思考，提出了南京体育学院特色发展的灵魂、目标、驱动、追求，即“学训融合、育人夺标、创新求进、服务社会”，这也是探索体教融合的新路径。……
