摘要本文就《胜任力视阈下幼师生有效教育实习实证研究》课题的研究目的、研究方法与实施、研究结果及建议作了全面介绍。在胜任力视阈下探讨了教育实习对幼师生的影响、对高校与实习园所的信息反馈，以及影响教育实习效果的因素。为高校教学改革、园所提升协同育人质量、全社会参与提升学前教育质量提供了有效的建议。

AbstractThis paper comprehensively introduces the research purpose， methods， implementation， results and suggestions of the research project "On Effective Education Practice of Preschool Students from the Perspective of Competence". Under this perspective， it investigates the influence of education practice to the preschool students， the colleges and kindergartens， as well as the elements affecting the effect of education practice. This study provides effective suggestions for the teaching reform in the colleges， the improvement of cooperative education quality in the kindergartens and the whole society’s participation in proving the quality of preschool education.

1研究目的

教育实习是教师培养的一个重要环节。学前教育实习的质量关乎学前教育教师培养的质量。但是当前学前专业学生的教育实习存在不少问题：学生被动盲从，理论与实践泾渭分明，高校课程设置与幼儿园现实的人才需求相脱节等，因此，从胜任力的视角对幼师生的教育实习进行针对性的研究，既充实、丰富了幼儿教师胜任评判的相关教育理论，也可以有效避免职前幼儿教师教育实习的盲目性，为高校教育实习的开展提供借鉴，也为高校学前教育人才培养方案的适时调整提供参考。

2研究方法与实施

2.1研究对象

为了避免研究对象的单一而造成研究结论的狭隘，本研究采用大样本的跨高校取样方式，其中综合大学学前教育专业本科76人；高等师范学校学前教育专业大专215人，其中三年制高招167人，五年制初招48人；职业院校学前教育专业大专93人。
