摘要随着恶性肿瘤发病率的不断上升，对临床肿瘤学的教学要求越来越高。由于社会心理因素是肿瘤性疾病发生发展的原因之一，医学人文关怀在肿瘤的诊治过程中显得十分重要。然而现代医学生人文关怀理念缺乏，加强医学人文教育及探索其具体路径迫在眉睫。本文主要阐述了在临床肿瘤学教学中培养学生人文关怀能力的重要意义及具体措施。

AbstractWith the increasing incidence of malignant tumors， the teaching requirements ofclinical oncology are getting tighter. Because psychosocial factors are impotent reasons for the genesis and development of cancer， humanistic care is essential for the process of tumor diagnosis and treatment. Nowadays many students lack the concept of humanistic care， so it is urgent to strengthen medical humanistic education and explore its specific path. This article mainly describes the significance and concrete measures of cultivating humanistic care ability of students in clinical oncology teaching.

随着人们生活环境及生活习惯的改变，恶性肿瘤的发病率不断上升，成为威胁人类健康、导致死亡的主要疾病。近年来，关于肿瘤诊断、治疗、预防的知识不断增多，临床肿瘤学的教学变得尤为重要。医学是一门具备人文和科学双重属性的学科，医学是人文的科学，也是科学的人文艺术。[1]医学人文关怀强调一切以病人为中心，做到时时处处关爱和尊重病人，把病人的利益置于个人利益之上，医学价值的核心之一就是醫学人文关怀。恶性肿瘤预后差，病情迁延不愈，病程中给病人带来巨大的身体和精神冲击。在肿瘤患者的诊断和治疗过程中，人文关怀是必不可少的，能够改善其心理状况并提高其生活质量，是肿瘤治疗的一味良药。因此，在临床肿瘤学的带教过程中，不仅需要培训医学生的临床知识和技能，还应当重视人文关怀能力的培养。

1现代医学生人文关怀理念缺乏

现代临床教学模式陈旧，主要是任务式教育，教学医院的教学主要为了完成学校所规定的任务，而医学生的学习任务也主要为了个人学业及就业等需求。……
