Practice and Research on the Application of Popular Science Picture Books

——Take the course "food changes in the mouth" as an example

Abstract： Science picture books integrate the contents of language， science， art， health and other fields. Its subtle educational function plays a very significant role in promoting the development of children’s physical and mental health and the improvement of cognitive level. Taking the lesson "food changes in mouth" in the first volume of the fourth grade of the teaching section as an example， this paper constructs the teaching context based on popular science picture books from a new perspective， reorganizes the teaching content， and guides the students to gradually move from the concept to the scientific concept.

《义务教育小学科学课程标准》明确指出，小学课程的组织与教学要兼顾知识、社会、儿童三者的需求，将科学本质、科学思想、科学知识、科学方法等学习内容镶嵌在儿童喜闻乐见的科学主题中，创设愉快的教学氛围，保护学生的好奇心和求知欲，激发学生学习科学的兴趣，引导学生主动探究，积累生活经验，增强课程的意义性和趣味性。科普绘本融合了语言、科学、艺术、健康等多个领域的内容，其潜移默化的教育功能对促进儿童身心健康发展和认知水平的提高都有非常显著的作用。科普绘本不仅适用于幼儿和低年级学生，而且对中、高年级学生的学习也能产生良好的促进作用。笔者以教科版四年级上册“我们的身体”单元《食物在口腔里的变化》一课为例，从新的视角建构基于科普绘本的课堂教学脉络，重组教学内容，引导学生从前概念逐步走向科学概念。
