摘要：随着社会的发展，人们对于档案文化建设的重要性也有很深的理解，档案与人们的生活和学习等都有紧密的联系，档案文化建设是社会主义发展的重要内容。目前，我国的档案文化建设仍处于初期阶段，需要制定科学的发展目标，档案行业及从业人员需要担负更好的责任，明确文化建设的方向，转变自身的理念，推动我国档案文化的建设。本文主要对档案文化建设现状及加强档案文化建设的途徑进行研究。

Strategies for Strengthening the Construction of Archival Culture in the New Era

Abstract： with the development of society， people have a deep understanding of the importance of archival culture construction. Archives are closely related to people's life and study. Archival culture construction is an important content of socialist development. At present， China's archival culture construction is still in the early stage. It is necessary to formulate scientific development goals. The archival industry and employees need to take better responsibilities， clarify the direction of cultural construction， change their own ideas and promote the construction of archival culture in China. This paper mainly studies the current situation of archives culture construction and the ways to strengthen archives culture construction.

社会文化建设中档案文化建设是重要组成之一，在贯彻文化自信的要求下，文化建设工作得到不断的发展，要加强对档案文化建设的重视，全面地提高档案文化的效用，为社会提供更好的服务，保存好重要的资料。

1档案文化建设的内涵

档案文化的基础是档案形成的文化，档案文化在建设过程中，基础就是档案馆藏，其主要目的是档案文化的传承和发展，通过加强档案系统的文化建设，发挥档案文化建设的价值，开展相关的档案活动。通过加强档案文化建设，可以为中华民族文化的传承提供保障。而档案文化建设的核心也是传承，中华民族是拥有丰富的历史文化的，其通过档案及文字记录而延续。档案文化建设是我国经济发展建设的重要基础，利用档案文化可以更好开展文化教育和爱国教育，建立社会主义核心价值体系，在我国发展建设中必不可少[1]。
