摘  要：教学质量的提升是教学效果提升的关键，只有进一步提升教学质量，才能实现教学效果的最优化。在“提质培优”视域下，如何进行《可编程控制技术及应用实训》课程线上线下融合教学成为当前学校需要考虑的重要内容。本文主要介绍“提质培优”对课程教学的要求，介绍当前《可编程控制技术及应用实训》课程线上线下融合教学现状，分析线上线下融合教学开展方法，意在为《可编程控制技术及应用实训》课程线上线下融合教学的进一步提升提供一定的参考。

Research on Online and Offline Teaching Mode from the Perspective of "Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence"

——Taking the Course of <Programmable Control Technology and Application Training> as an Example

Abstract： The improvement of teaching quality is the key to the improvement of teaching effect. Only by further improving teaching quality can the optimization of teaching effect be realized. From the perspective of "improving quality and cultivating excellence"， how to carry out online and offline integrated teaching of <Programmable Control Technology and Application Training> has become an important content that schools need to consider at present. This paper mainly introduces the requirements of "improving quality and cultivating excellence" on course teaching， introduces the current situation of online and offline integrated teaching of <Programmable Control Technology and Application Training>， and analyzes the development methods of online and offline integrated teaching， in order to provide some reference for the further improvement of online and offline integrated teaching of programmable control technology and application training.

1 “提质培优”的要求

1.1提质

提质是指要进一步提高教育发展质量，为实现这一目的应做到如下几点。

首先，要改善当前的教育结构，进一步优化当前教育结构，提升教育结构的质量是提升教育质量的基础[1]。应当健全现代教育体系，使得教育层次分明，每一个教育阶段都有其教育重点，教学内容清晰。与此同时，要加强制度保障，学校应当制定教学计划、完善教学安排。

其次，要提高学生培养质量，培养优质学生的前提是打造优质教师团队，学校应当配备创新型的教学团队，提高教师素养，加强教师培训。与此同时，注重教材的革新，教材要跟上时代发展的要求[2]。在教学过程中，以学生为中心，注重学生综合素养的提高。

最后，提升治理质量，寻找应当完善各项规章制度，健全学校内部治理体系，与此同时，建立健全学生的评价机制。……
