Abstract： With the continuous promotion of modern information technology， the development of new media has entered a new period， which has broken the traditional radio and television industry to a certain extent. In order to effectively ensure the stability of the broadcast and television system， improve the audience rating of the broadcast and television， and meet the opportunities and challenges brought by new media， the broadcast and television industry must accelerate the pace of reform. Based on this， under the background of new media， this paper first analyzes the importance and characteristics of radio and television technology maintenance， and then discusses the maintenance methods.

現阶段，我们正处于一种创新的新媒体时代下，对于传统的广播电视行业来说，面临着巨大的机遇与挑战，想要在激烈的行业竞争中脱颖而出，就必须要充分利用好新的技术来提高广播电视技术水平，并做好相关的技术维护工作，使其让电视广播行业得以健康持续发展。但是，从目前的现状来看，我国传播电视技术维护工作中，仍然存在着一些问题有待解决，严重影响了广播电视系统的稳定性。为了能够有效解决这一问题，广播电视行业就必须要勇于改变现状，不断加大技术的创新力度以及技术维护工作的力度，保障广播电视行业在新媒体的背景下，得以健康稳定的发展与进步。
