摘要：近年来，我国市场中的就业压力开始不断增加，创新创业已经成为了减轻就业压力的重要途径，对国民经济的发展也会产生直接影响，而区域文化对青年创新创业也会有着一定的影响，基于此，本文研究区域文化背景之下的青年创新创业，分析区域文化各类因素对青年双创所形成的影响，提出几点针对性地引导建议，旨在为发挥区域文化推动青年双创的重要作用、重要价值提供帮助。

Research on the Countermeasures of Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Background of Regional Culture

Abstract：In recent years， the employment pressure in China's market has begun to increase. Innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important way to reduce the employment pressure， which will also have a direct impact on the development of the national economy. Regional culture will also have a certain impact on youth innovation and entrepreneurship.  Based on this， this paper studies youth innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of regional culture， and analyzes the influence of various factors of regional culture on youth double creation， it puts forward some pertinent suggestions， in order to help give play to the important role and value of regional culture in promoting youth entrepreneurship and innovation.

青年创新创业是近年来我国在国民经济发展、解决青年就业问题所倡导的手段，而区域文化在一定程度上会使得青年的创新创业受到一定影响，不仅能够提供更多双创元素、支持，还能形成精神层面的感染，因此，在新时期的环境下应重视区域文化之下的青年创新创业，重点关注区域文化所带来的作用。

1区域文化与创新创业关系分析

1.1地理文化

地理文化对于创新创业而言有着直接的关联，通常情况下在某个地区长时间发展的过程中，如果缺乏农作物生长的良好土地条件、土地资源非常紧缺，不利于发展农业产业，而且当地区域所处地理位置较为特殊，缺乏政府部门的集体经济支持，会使得人们在经济发展的过程中只能依靠自身力量，积极探索与分析创新创业的途径和方向，在地理文化的影响之下被迫性参与创新创业。而如果当地区域的地理条件十分良好有助于种植农作物，政府部门给予集体经济的扶持力度很高，人们的经济发展对自身的力量依靠性较低，此情况下就会由于缺少经济压力，不能积极参与创新创业，可见区域范围之内的地理文化和创新创业之间存在直接联系。……
