摘要：根据消防院校的历史传承、人才培养目标定位、国家队伍属性等显著特点，形成的“蓝焰”校园文化及其核心内涵特色，对于培养合格的消防救援专业人才，充分发挥校园文化在院校人才培育过程中的特殊作用，切实增强院校文化育人工作的针对性、有效性和实效性，提升 “为党育人为国育才”的高效人才培养质量，具有重大的现实和长远意义。本文围绕“红色基因”、“蓝色队伍”、“橙色救援”、“绿色平安”四个层面，深度构建“四位一体”的“蓝焰”校园文化内核精神与实质，旨在为消防院校文化育人、制度育人和环境育人提供参考和借鉴。

The characteristic exploration and cultivation of "Blue Flame" campus culture

Abstract： According to the significant characteristics of the history of fire and rescue colleges， talent training objectives， and the nature of national team ， the formation of "Blue Flame" campus culture and its core characteristics is of great practical and long-term significance to cultivate qualified fire rescue professionals，  to give full play to the special role of campus culture in the process in talent training， to strengthen the educational role of college culture， to improve the quality of highly efficient talent training for the party and the country. Focusing on the four levels of "red gene"， "blue team"， "orange rescue" and "green and safe"， this paper deeply constructed the core spirit and essence of "Blue Flame" campus culture of "four in one"， aiming to provide reference for cultural education， system education and environmental education of fire and rescue colleges.

消防学院在人才教育培养方面主要承担国家综合性消防救援队伍初级指挥员培养，干部学历教育、继续教育、在职培训等任务，学院严格贯彻“两严两准”要求，坚持纪律部队建设标准，实行青年学生入学即入队、学员供给制待遇保障、毕业后定向选拔分配到消防救援队伍等一系列特殊政策。根据消防院校的这一特殊性而形成的校园文化——“蓝焰”校园文化独具特色，对其独有的价值色彩进行深入挖掘和培育，对于不断增强校园文化的育人功能，实现“为党育人为国育才”的宏伟目标具有重要意义。挖掘和培育“四位一体”的“蓝焰”校园文化，主要应从以下四个层面着手。
