摘要：为解决固定污染源废气监测中的问题，如废气监测数据获取时很容易受到静电带来的不良影响、检测的排气参数存在严重的误差问题等。固定污染源废气监测具有非常重要的影响和作用，因此提出构建固定污染源废气监测质量保障体系、提前做好废气监测前期准备工作以及全方位有效监督固定污染源实际情况的一系列措施，以期为提高固定污染源废气监测中相关问题的处理效果提供参考。

Research on Related Issues in Monitoring of Stationary Pollution Source Waste Gas

Abstract： In order to solve the problems in the exhaust gas monitoring of stationary pollution sources， such as the acquisition of exhaust gas monitoring data is prone to be adversely affected by static electricity， and serious errors exist in the detected exhaust parameters. Stationary sources waste gas monitoring has very important influence and role. Therefore， a series of measures are proposed to build a quality assurance system for waste gas monitoring of stationary pollution sources， make preparations for waste gas monitoring in advance and comprehensively and effectively supervise the actual situation of stationary pollution sources， so as to provide reference for improving the treatment effect of relevant problems in waste gas monitoring of stationary pollution sources.

经济的快速发展，城镇化推进速度的不断加快，对人们日常生产生活提出的要求普遍较高，随之而来的污染物也越来越多。为了从根本上实现低碳经济的稳定、可持续发展，要结合实际情况，针对目前现有的固定污染源展开有针对性的处理。该项工作在具体实施之前，需要根据实际情况的不同，对固定污染源展开有针对性的监测。特别是针对废气進行监测，通过这种方式在其中的合理利用，能够从根本上促使固定污染源处理工作全面有序开展，更为重要的是为其提供可靠的前提条件作为支持。固定污染源自身的废气当中所包含的成分具有多样性、复杂性的特征，成分最多的就是粉尘以及烟尘，甚至还会涉及到部分气态有毒有害物质。由于受到目前现有诸多气体的影响，导致人们自身的生命健康将会受到严重威胁。因此要根据实际情况的不同，积极采取有针对性的对策，实现对废气排放工作的妥善处理。……
