摘要：10kV配电网环网供电安全运行非常关键，对于整个电力系统的有效运行有非常重要的作用，一定程度上也关系到电力系统的应用效果，也能够最大程度上提升供电安全技术，确保技术应用更加合理。本文笔者针对10kV配电网环网供电进行分析研究，简要阐述了10kV配电网环网供电安全的重要意义，并对电网运行的安全问题进行了分析。

Analysis on Safe Operation Mode of Loop Power Supply in 10kV Distribution Network

Abstract： The safe operation of loop power supply of 10kV distribution network is very important， which plays a very important role in the effective operation of the entire power system. To a certain extent， it is also related to the application effect of power system， and can also improve the power supply safety technology to the greatest extent to ensure that the technology application is more reasonable. In this paper， the significance of power supply security of loop network of 10kV distribution network is briefly described， and the security problems of power grid operation are analyzed.

在10kV配电网环网供电安全运行中，相关技术人员提出了环网扩展模式、微环网模式、环网延伸方式等多种安全供电方式，通过安全运行模式的设计应用，确保电网运行更加合理。

1 10kV配电网环网供电简要分析

10kV配电网环网供电是现代一种先进的供电方式，在其供电过程中，采用电压-延时方式进行供电控制、在实际的供电运行过程中，断路器装置供电应用十分关键，当前整个环网处于供电阶段，断路器属于闭合状态。而在线路出现停电状态之后，整个断路装置会做保护状态，打开断路保护装置，实现对整个环网的保护。而实际的10kV配电网环网供电供电过程中，故障区域容易出现二次跳闸现象，实现了对电力故障的有效解决。另外，在正常供电状态下，断路装置能够實现对电源的保护。当一侧电源处于失压状态时，该断路器 即对故障确认进行延时，故障侧相应线路对故障确定并完成闭锁的实际时间即为延时时间具体整定值。
