摘要在当下高校教育制度的革新下，对于学生管理，从注重理论知识为主的传统教育模式转变为思想政治道德素养以及专业技能实操能力并重的教育模式。而在当今的大学生活中，在立德树人理念下辅导员这一重要队伍建设也发生了极大的转变，很大程度上从学生的学习生活导师转变为人生道德导师。本文首先对立德树人这一理念进行了概述，另外分全员树人、全过程树人、全方位树人这三个层次对立德树人理念下辅导员队伍建设的转变与调适进行了探究。

Analysis on the Construction of College Counselor Team Based on Moral Education

AbstractWith the innovation of the current higher education system， the traditional education mode focusing on theoretical knowledge has been transformed into the education mode focusing on both ideological and political moral quality and professional skills and practical ability. In today’s university life， under the concept of moral education， the construction of counselors， an important team， has also undergone great changes. To a large extent， counselors have changed from students’ study and life tutors to life moral tutors. This paper first gives an overview of the concept of moraleducation，and thenexploresthetransformation and adjustmentofcounselorteamconstruction underthe concept of moral education from three levels： the whole staff， the whole process and all-round.

立德樹人理念不仅对新时代的高校思想政治工作做出了新的规定，同时为了深刻贯彻落实这一教育指导方针，与高校学生学习成长息息相关的辅导员这一重要角色，也需要跟随时代步伐，在教育模式改革的浪潮中进行多方面的转变与调适，才能更好的依据“立德树人”这一教育理念将高校中多角度全方面的树人工作深入贯彻落到实处。

1立德树人理念概述

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。[1]”高校辅导员工作机制是学校辅导员队伍建设的重要制度，其工作内涵就是以班级为单位，采用精细化管理模式，规范学生思想、行为，并会伴随整个大学生活、学习中，以达到管理工作的较高水平。……
