摘要本文以桂林理工大学为例，阐述了地方高校给排水科学与工程专业拔尖创新人才选拔的意义及研究问题定位，围绕桂林理工大学给排水科学与工程专业拔尖创新人才选拔方案细则进行分析，对细则中的指导思想和培养目标、学生遴选方案、培养方式和培养方法进行初步探索和研究，并在拔尖创新人才选拔保障制度等方面提出了合理的建议。

AbstractTaking Guilin University of Technology as anexample， this article explains thesignificance of theselection of top-notch innovative talents in water supply and drainage science and engineering in local universities and the positioning of research issues. Preliminary exploration and research on the guiding ideology and training objectives， student selection plans， training models and training methods of the company， and put forward reasonable suggestions in the selection and guarantee system of top-notch innovative talents.

创新事业需要创新人才。习近平总书记在2021年第六期的《求是》中的重要文章《努力成为世界主要科学中心和创新高地》。文章强调：“全部科技史都证明，谁拥有了一流创新人才、拥有了一流科学家，谁就能在科技创新中占据优势。”当前，我国高水平创新人才仍然不足，特别是科技领军人才匮乏。科技发展的不可缺少的一步是人才，尤其是拔尖创新人才的选拔。为适应国家及区域经济社会发展对多元化人才培养的需求，深入推进人才培养模式改革，充分发挥给排水科学与工程学科在拔尖创新人才培养上的优势作用，桂林理工大学探索实施拔尖创新人才培养计划，从本科生中选拔优秀学生组建拔尖创新人才培养实验班，确保创新班人才培养质量。

1地方高校给排水科学与工程专业拔尖创新人才选拔的意义
