【摘要】新课程改革标准中明确指出，当前的教学理念和教学方法要进行与时俱进的创新，因此小学体育教学与数学学科进行整合优化，是迎合新课程改革标准的一次新型尝试。基于此，本文着眼于当前的实际教学情况和特点，将小学体育教学和数学学科进行整合，详细地对其优势进行了阐述，旨在促进我国教育教学领域的发展。

【Abstract】The new curriculum reform standards clearly pointed out that the current teaching concepts and teaching meth‐ods should be innovated with the times.Therefore，the integration and optimization of primary school physical education and mathematics is a new attempt to meet the new curriculum reform standards.Based on this，this article focuses on the current actual teaching situation and characteristics，integrates elementary school physical education and mathematics，elab‐orates its advantages in detail，and aims to promote the development of education and teaching in my country.

通過调查发现，当前很多学校的小学体育教学情况并不理想，究其原因，首先，由于校方领导不太重视体育教学，其次，很多体育教师深受传统应试教学理念的影响，没有认真进行备课，在授课过程中，大多采用“放羊”的方式，没有在体育课堂中教给小学生一些实用的内容，导致小学体育课的作用没有发挥出来，一定程度上影响了小学生通过小学体育课堂强身健体、协调发展等。将小学体育教学与数学学科综合起来进行授课，是新型教学理念的体现，也是新课程改革的要求，必然会促进小学体育课堂效果的显著提高，其优势体现在以下几个方面。

一、小学体育教学与数学科学整合优化，有利于培养小学生的体育兴趣
