【摘要】幼儿园中开展民间游戏活动，既可提升幼儿教育趣味性，还可在幼儿教育中渗透民间优秀文化。同时，民间游戏活动开展简单，场景要求较低，只需要幼儿简单掌握游戏规则即可，且无须考虑参与人数，对幼儿园来说应用价值较高。因此，本文针对幼儿园开展民间游戏活动的作用进行概述分析，并提出幼儿园开展民间游戏活动的有效策略。

How to Effectively Carry out Folk Games in Kindergarten

【Abstract】Carrying out folk games in kindergarten can not only enhance the fun of early childhood education，but alsopenetrate the excellent folk culture in early childhood education.At the same time，the development of folk game activities is simple，and the scene requirements are relatively low.It is only necessary for children to master the rules of the game sim‐ply，without considering the number of participants，which is of high application value for kindergartens.Therefore，this ar‐ticle summarizes and analyzes the role of kindergarten carrying out folk game activities，and puts forward effective strate‐gies for kindergarten carrying out folk game activities.

幼儿园内开展民间游戏活动不仅能帮助幼儿掌握本土文化，还可全面促进幼儿身心健康发展。同时，民间游戏活动还可增强学前教育价值，在趣味性活动中培养幼儿性格品质，与学前教育起到相辅相成的作用。

一、幼儿园开展民间游戏活动的作用

（一）锻炼幼儿身体素质

幼儿园的幼儿正处于身体发育阶段，在此阶段中，幼儿教师如若只是以体育教学方式帮助幼儿锻炼身体，重复进行跳跃、跑步、蹲起等动作，只会导致幼儿逐渐丧失锻炼兴趣，从而导致锻炼效果不佳。而民间游戏活动与其相反，幼儿可在趣味性游戏环节中积极参与到集体活动中，在寓教于乐的形式下锻炼幼儿身体素质，激发幼儿内在潜力。

（二）丰富幼儿实践经验

民间游戏存在明确的游戏规则与角色制定，通过集体性游戏帮助幼儿结伴参与游戏，不仅能锻炼幼儿社会性、人际交往能力，还可培养幼儿团体精神。同时，这种活动多以集体参与为主，需要幼儿在其他伙伴相互合作下完成，如老鹰抓小鸡、推小车等游戏都需要相互合作，幼儿在开始游戏后与小伙伴们进行肢体和语言交流，不仅能帮助幼儿迅速掌握社会性语言，还可拉近幼儿关系。……
