【摘要】随着新课程改革的不断推进，教育改革要求教师培养学生全面发展的能力，其在初中语文教学上的具体表现就是，要求教师深入引导学生在语文学科上的学习与创新能力。阅读教学与写作教学是初中语文教学工作中不可或缺的部分，二者密不可分，对学生思维、理解及表达能力都具有直接影响，因此语文教师在授课上可以将阅读与写作相结合，以此逐步提升学生的阅读与写作技能。

【Abstract】With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform，the education reform requires teachers to culti‐vate the ability of students to develop in an all-round way.Its specific performance in junior high school Chinese teaching is to require teachers to guide students'learning and innovation capabilities in Chinese.Reading teaching and writing teach‐ing are an indispensable part of Chinese teaching in junior high schools.They are inseparable and have a direct impact on studentsthinking，comprehension and expression skills.Therefore，Chinese teachers can combine reading and writing in teaching.This gradually improves students'reading and writing skills.

学生要想写出一篇优秀的作文，阅读是最直接、最基础、最有效的方式;只有通过写作，才能加强学生的表达与理解能力，从而提升阅读效率、加强阅读理解能力。对于语文教师而言，阅读与写作教学是永不能放弃的，因此要想提升语文课堂的教学效率，必须将阅读与写作教学融入课程内容之中，深入研读语文教材，加强教学内容之间的融合，不断提升教师的教学水平。

一、初中語文读写结合教学的现状

（一）教学效果不佳

新课改要求初中语文教师根据教育现状和学生实际情况不断完善和提升自己，许多教师为了适应新要求也在不断创新教学模式、完善教学内容、提升教学质量。但是在初中语文教师队伍中，仍然有部分教师“换汤不换药”，实际上还是运用传统的教学模式，对语文读写结合教学不够重视，从而导致教学内容分离，教学效果不佳。
